All Girls Hockey Camp 2024

Friday, September 13th – Sunday, September 15th

The Jimmies Women's Hockey team is excited to host our All Girls Hockey Camp! The camp will be coached by the Jimmie Women's Hockey players and coaches. 

Each age group (8U/10U, 12U/14U, and 15U&Up) will receive the following:

  • Camp jersey
  • 1 optional open skate on Friday evening (1 hour)
  • 3 ice sessions on Saturday (1 hour each, total of 3 hours)
    • Shooting & Stickhandling Clinic
    • Powerskating Clinic
    • Battle Clinic (Small Area Games)
  • 1 scrimmage on Sunday (1.5 hours)
  • Dryland sessions
  • Campus walk-through with Jimmies players
  • Q&A with Jimmies coaches and players
    • Parents are also invited to this as well!
    • Dinner provided
  • Meals will be provided
    • Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
    • Sunday: Breakfast

Come experience the University of Jamestown Women’s Basketball Elite Camp! This camp gives you the opportunity for competition, while getting elite hands-on instruction in the same facilities that the UJ Jimmies use.

This camp will be emphasizing skill development and instruction regarding individual position play as well as team play. You will also have the opportunity to get to know the coaching staff and players on the court. GO JIMMIES!!

MBB Scoring Camp - Grades 3rd-10th

Scoring Camp – July 8th and 9th

For players looking to become better scorers and all-around offensive players. Under the instruction of Jimmie players and coaches, campers will work on detailed footwork, dribble moves, scoring finishes, space creation, and 1 on 1 attack moves. As a part of the camp, players will receive access to exclusive Jimmie MBB workout plans that they can use for the rest of their playing career. This is a great opportunity for a player to find ways to expand their game and take it to the next level. Come unleash your offensive potential.

Grades: 3rd-10th (Fall 2024)

Start: 9:00 AM

End: 4:30 PM

9th-12th grade students are invited to attend individual skills camp at the University of Jamestown. Offensive and defensive instruction will be lead by the UJ coaching staff. Check in will begin at 12:00 PM and camp will be finished at 4:00 PM.

Community Block Party- Booth Registration 2024

Join us for the 16th Annual Community Block Party!

Mission: The annual Community Block Party is a city-wide event designed to welcome UJ students to Jamestown, and to help familiarize them with Jamestown business and organizations. Though this event is designed with students in mind, there is a large outpouring of support from the community, and the event is free and open to the public as well. Please keep this mission in mind when registering your organization to participate.

We are anticipating 300 new UJ students to be in attendance, and an additional 700+ current students so over 1,000 students in total! 

In order to complete this registration, your organization will need to submit an online payment. If your organization is unable to pay online and need another payment option, please contact our Block Party Planning Team by email at blockparty@uj.edu or by phone at 701-252-3467 ext 5442.

*Registration Options:

-Booth Registration. No electricity needed. $10

-Booth Registration. Electricity Needed. $20

-Sponsorship Booth Registration, Participant Level. $50, $75, $100, $150, or $200 (Participant Level includes name listed in small font on T-shirts and 1 free block party tshirt for the organization.)

-Sponsorship Booth Registration, Supporter Level. $250 or UPON APPROVAL $500 of product or services . (Supporter Level includes name listed in large font on tshirt and all media advertising, 2 free block party tshirts for the organization, and preferential booth space if available.)

-Sponsorship Booth Registration, Sponsor Level. $500 or UPON APPROVAL $1,000 of product or services. (Sponsor Level includes a small organizational logo printed on the tshirts and organization’s name included in all media advertising, 4 free block party tshirts for the organization, and second overall choice of booth space)

-Sponsorship Booth Registration, Partner Level. $750 or UPON APPROVAL $1,500 of product or services. (Partner Level includes an organizational logo printed on the tshirts and organization’s name included in all media advertising, 6 free block party tshirts for the organization, and first overall choice of booth space)

The Market @ UJ Vendor Registration 2024

Please join us for our 2nd annual The Market @ UJ held on Allen Field on the University of Jamestown campus and hosted by the Student Engagement Team (SET).

This event will be designed to target University of Jamestown students but will be open to staff, faculty, and community members as well! We look forward to connecting our UJ population to the greater Jamestown community and introducing them to some incredible growers, makers, and creators! 

-This event will begin at 4:00pm, and all vendors must be set up and ready by this time. No late arrivals will be accepted. Vendors are welcome to arrive after 1:00pm to begin set up. Tear down must be completed by 9:00pm. 

-Since a large amount of the audience will be college students, we encourage you to offer goods at a variety of price points, but vendors with goods between $5 and $15 will likely be most successful. 

-Vendors should bring their own tables, chairs, tents, and signage. Spaces will be approximately 10x10. Power supply is extremely limited. If power supply is necessary, please contact student_engagement@uj.edu for more information. 

-There is a $20 vendor fee to participate in this event. The fees will be used to purchase reusable totes that we will give to students earlier in the week to promote and advertise the event. The  students who bring their reusable totes to the market will also receive a voucher for $5 off their purchase that UJ will sponsor and pay for. Vendors should accept these vouchers as gift certificates, and students are responsible to pay the remaining balance. At the end of the night, vendors will "cash out" their vouchers with market staff to be out paid by UJ through credit card or by invoice. With this program, all vendors will receive full value of their items for sale.

-Direct Sales representatives are allowed to register but will be limited to 1 vendor booth per company and priority will be given based on first to submit registration. Any duplicate direct sales vendors will be declined and refunded. 

-Should there be inclement weather, we will move indoors to the Newman Arena. A weather related decision will be communicated via email by Tuesday Sept 10th at 5:00pm. Should this change occur, some spaces will need to be less than 10x10 in order to accommodate indoors. More information will be provided if the shift in venue is necessary. 

-Refunds will not be issued for this event unless the host decides to cancel the event in its entirety.
