About the Academy
The UJ Playmaking & Leadership Academy is an immersive overnight camp designed for players looking to elevate their skills, develop a high basketball IQ, and grow as leaders on and off the court. This unique camp blends elite skill development, competitive gameplay, and leadership training to help young athletes gain an edge in their game.
Camp Highlights:
✅ Elite Skill Development
– Focus on ball-handling, finishing, scoring, passing, and decision-making to become a true playmaker.
✅ Competitive Play – Participate in 5-on-5 league games, 3-on-3 action, 1-on-1 battles, and camp competitions.
✅ Leadership Training – Learn the habits and mindset of great leaders through team talks, film study, and mentorship from UJ coaches and players.
Camp Options & Cost:
🏡 Resident Camper:
$250 (Includes dorm stay on Sunday and Monday night, as well as all meals from Sunday dinner to Tuesday Breakfast.)
🏀 Day Camper: $200 (Includes dinner on Sunday as well as lunch and dinner on Monday)
Special Features:
🎯 Individual & Small Group Instruction – Focused drills and breakdowns to refine your skills.
🏆 Camp Games & Competitions – Test your abilities in various skill challenges.

What to bring to camp?
Appropriate basketball work-out gear for three days, basketball shoes, toiletries, pillow, blanket, linens (beds are twin XL) and towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, hand soap, shower soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc. Campers are allowed to bring their own snacks and drinks to keep in their rooms. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
